Products manufactured at our company – wicker furniture of economy, medium and premium class from handmade eco-rotang, products using textilene on metal frame, - a great alternative to furniture made of natural rattan or wicker furniture of foreign manufacturers. And all because you can order wicker furniture in our production at any time, because our Russian full-cycle production works all year round. What distinguishes ALFART furniture from similar products made of artificial rattan?

 Our products undergo multistage quality control. That is why we have received and implemented ISO 9001-2011 international quality certificate. It is important for us to make our wicker furniture to please our favorite customers for many years. Technologists of production together with designers and sales managers of the factory, based on the world trends, are constantly working on a new assortment. We jointly approve novelties, thanks to which embodied ideas unconditionally become bestsellers, loved by all.

 The furniture produced in our Factory is certified according to GOST. It should be noted that the wicker furniture is not subject to mandatory certification. However, we issued a voluntary certificate of conformity in the GOST R system, in order to document the high quality of our products. We also conducted laboratory tests of the products so that you can be sure of the specified permissible loads on the furniture and the quality of eco-tang mebiusrotang®, with which the master weavers lovingly hand braid the metal frames.

 Development of custom-made products is our undeniable advantage. Full production cycle and a rich base of suppliers of metal, textile, accessories and fabrics, allows us to carry out both serial orders for non-standard furniture models, and orders for individual projects. At the same time for custom-made products from artificial rattan mebiusrotang® made in Russia we offer decent prices with excellent quality of products.

 The products manufactured by us correspond to the photos and the declared characteristics. We only publish photos of our products. In the Factory's portfolio of works you will find photos from objects and exhibitions. Unfortunately, nowadays there are more and more cases of fraud. When ordering in the Internet store, you can not always be sure that the ordered goods will meet your expectations. Sometimes cheaters, "trapping" the buyer by the low price, send, for example, a hanging chair with already unraveled ribbons of ecorotang, and sometimes made of recycled and dubious quality metal. Be vigilant! Free cheese is only in a mousetrap. Handmade and quality materials cannot be cheap.

 Since 2011 our factory has been actively participating in various exhibitions and events. Since 2015 we participate in the program "Import substitution". In the same year we started working with large federal networks "HOFF" and we are partners until now. Since 2016 we have been a partner of TV shows "Fazenda", "Ideal repair" and "Dachny Otvet". In 2018, our company won the "Silver Mercury" award as the best small enterprise in the field of industrial production. Also a series of wicker furniture "GRAND", "RIVIERA" and hanging chairs were awarded the honorary mark "100 best goods of Russia".

Today the company is at the stage of active development and sells its products all over Russia and abroad. However, the company does not stop there and continues to expand the geography of its presence by finding sales representatives, dealers in the territory of the Russian Federation, CIS countries, the Baltic states and countries near and far abroad.

 Ecorattan or natural rattan?

When choosing wicker furniture, you should keep in mind that it is made from both natural and artificial fibers - ecorotang. What are the advantages of ecorotang?

1.   Resistance to temperature changes. Ecorattan, unlike natural rattan, is resistant to temperature changes, so it can be used both outdoors and indoors. Produced from polyethylene exclusive yarn ecorotang MEBIUS has UV protection, resistant to frost, scorching sun, wind and salt. The best proof of the high performance of the mebiusrotang® products is that our customers, who have previously purchased furniture, order it again to complete their "collections".

2.   Safety. The mebiusrotang® ecorotang is made of polyethylene. The best proof of the sustainability of polyethylene is its use for packaging and storing products. The mebiusrotang® ecorotang does not rot, does not harbor germs or fungi and is absolutely environmentally friendly and safe for humans and animals.

Advantages of ecorotang filaments made of polyethylene compared to PVC:

-     yarn is stronger and more durable,
-     greater resistance to ultraviolet light,
-     no toxicity - at elevated temperatures does not produce an unpleasant odor,
-     high frost resistance.

3.   Waterproof. Due to the artificial composition of eco-rotang mebiusrotang® thread, which is braided furniture for hotels, hotels, restaurants, country rest houses, resorts, private homes, furniture is absolutely resistant to water. Unlike natural rattan, ecorattan is not afraid of water procedures and does not deform even after a season of heavy rain.

4.   Easy to care for. ALFART® ecorotang furniture requires no special care, just a damp cloth and a soap solution to remove dust. Cushions made of dirt- and water-repellent cotton fabric have removable covers that are easy to wash.

5.   Heavy loads. Products of our factory made of ecorotang can withstand a heavy load, unlike natural rattan. If used properly, handmade furniture will give you a long time to enjoy its use.

How do we produce wicker furniture?

• Quite complex technology of artificial rattan furniture production at ALFART® Factory is a process that involves special high-tech equipment and manual painstaking work of craftsmen. It is noteworthy that the furniture is made from scratch, that is, production begins with a blank plastic strip of artificial rattan and ends with the production of a complete product.
• The mebiusrotang® artificial rattan ribbon production technology is secret - the capsules are melted and mixed with ingredients that are known only to the manufacturer, and then as a ribbon like noodles are rolled out into long strands on a special machine.
•  The frame for the furniture is made by craftsmen from rolled aluminum or steel, then it is painted and baked in a chamber at high temperature.
• The last stage is the braiding of the blank product, which is done only by hand by masters with ribbon of eco-rotang mebiusrotang®.  As a result, we get an ergonomic wicker, which will perfectly fit into any interior or exterior, decorate and transform it.
•  The cushions that come with products that have a sitting or lying area are made of fabric with dirt- and water-repellent properties, all covers are removable, with zippers. Fabric is easily cleaned from dirt and dries quickly. The cushions are filled either with high-density polyurethane foam or synthetic foam. Cushions are "richly" stuffed and will delight you with their appearance.
